Policy:

we cancel a workshop you will get a full refund. If you cancel
your attendance, there will be no refunds unless the workshop
has a waiting list and we are able to completely fill your
space(s). Spots will be filled in the order they were registered
and any refunds issued will be minus 20% office fees.

Through "weaving" in certain breathing and meditation
techniques "in a special way", we will build this
"sensitivity to the more subtle forces" which is called
PRANA or the vital life force. The ancient Yogi's
believed through learning to control the prana, you also
learn to control the mind. You will leave a Tantric
Vinyasa class feeling like you've cultivated vital life
force and also a clear mind.

Bertie, Bikram Yoga Champion & a registered osteopath,
took up yoga seriously after attending classes at drama
school. He trained at the British College of Osteopathic
Medicine. He uses osteopathic mobilisation and
manipulation, soft tissue release techniques, medical
acupuncture and taping to assist patients’ recovery as
well as reduce the likelihood of further injury. Bertie
has a wealth of experience practicing different styles
of yoga which he uses to help treat injured yoga
practitioners and identifying and releasing areas of
restriction
