Workshop Refunds/Cancellation Policy: If we cancel a workshop you will get a full refund. If you cancel your attendance, there will be no refunds unless the workshop has a waiting list and we are able to completely fill your space(s). Spots will be filled in the order they were registered and any refunds issued will be minus 20% office fees.

Peter Rizzo - Bhava Yoga

CAUTION: These two workshops may cause you to experience health and happiness.  Peter has been teaching Yoga since the early nineties. He was certified at the 500 and 200-hour level at Jivamukti in 1997. In 1999, he opened Bhava Yoga Center in New York City. Now based out of Vermont, Bhava Vinyasa is distinguished by attention to alignment and thoughtful sequencing of poses, which promote ease, grace and safety at all levels; and by providing generous, hands-on assistance with alignment and breath instruction to all students throughout the entire course of class. The teaching of Shadow Yoga is based upon ancient Hatha Yoga Texts. Focusing on the development of the energetic body Shadow Yoga is guided by the Marmastana (Indian system of 108 vital energy junctions), infused with Kalarippayattu (South Indian Martial Art) & Bharatanatyam Classical Indian Dance.
