Assisit each other in deep stretching and relaxing sequences. Experiment with more challenging partner poses safely & with assistance. No yoga experience necessary!

*Workshop
Refunds/Cancellation Policy. If we cancel a workshop you will
get a full refund. If you cancel your attendance, there will be
no refunds unless the workshop has a waiting list and we are
able to completely fill your space(s). Spots will be filled in
the order they were registered and any refunds issued will be
minus 20% office fees.
