Ebbio Amenities 
Ebbio is a magical place surrounded by an evergreen forest, nestled in the heart of an ancient volcano that was sacred to the Etruscans. Located in the breathtaking countryside of Tuscany, it is only 42 km from Florence, 11 km from Siena, 9 km from Castellina in Chianti and 1km from Monteriggioni, a little medieval jewel. Ebbio is an 800 year old classic Tuscan farmhouse converted into a stylish yoga retreat. Looking out one of the many windows of the different accommodations in Ebbio, you will be captivated by the undulating hills swept with thriving vineyards, olive trees and enchanting evergreen forests. The amazing part of Ebbio is that it is still a working, organic Tuscan farm with its own Chianti wine production.
Activities 
Activities include hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, and of course visiting art cities like San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena. In the town of Petriolo, about 45 minutes drive from Ebbio, there is a hot sulphur spring with a crystal clear river running next to it. The National Park of Alberese, about 1 hours and 1/2 drive, is a fantastic location for long walks along the shore, and swimming in the Mediterranean Sea. Students can make appointments for massages. There is a hot tub. There are also two floating pools created each with half a barrel. One has water with chlorine and the other without.
Meals 
Ebbio's restaurant serves vegetarian meals only. Most of the produce comes from their organic production. The picnic on the day of the ocean excursion is included; lunches during other excursions are not included. Meals are served in the outside porch if the weather is warm; otherwise upstairs in a common living / dining room. Water and seasonal fruit are available throughout the day. Cost includes accommodation, meals including wine (except meals during excursions,) One bike tour, one full day excursion to Siena, one full day excursion to the ocean and hot springs, half day wine tour, transfers from and to Florence airport.
